Description

We are inviting applications for the role of a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager based in Atlanta, Georgia. The person will be incorporated into our team to manage and streamline our financial processes and aid in strategic planning. Heavily Focused on the Budget Process. This position is a crucial part of our financial operations and will involve a significant amount of responsibility and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning and analysis operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of processes.

• Assist the Director of Finance in managing day-to-day accounting tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Participate in strategic decision-making processes, providing financial insights and analysis.

• Maintain and manage budgets, providing regular reports and updates to the CFO and other key stakeholders.

• Monitor financial performance and conduct regular financial forecasts to guide business decisions.

• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.

• Collaborate with different departments to gather and analyze financial data.

• Identify potential areas for financial growth and development.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

• Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.

    Requirements

• Candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in financial planning and analysis is required

• Strong skills in budgeting are essential

• Must possess a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Proficient in using financial software and databases

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills

• Strong leadership and management abilities

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Must be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills

• Familiarity with financial regulations and legislation is a plus.
