As a NetSuite Administrator at Envision Cold, your pivotal role revolves around our NetSuite ecosystem. Youll be the driving force behind configuring, maintaining, and enhancing NetSuite to empower our teams, streamline workflows, and achieve our business goals. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, youll ensure seamless operations across the CRM and CPQ modules. Your responsibilities include:

- Configuration and Customization: Leverage NetSuites native tools to create, integrate, and maintain high-performing dashboards customized to our organizations specific needs. Translate seamless backend functionality into user-friendly, accessible dashboards.

- User Access and Permissions Management: Serve as the go-to person for all things NetSuite within the organization. Manage user access and permissions meticulously, ensuring data security and integrity.

- Workflow Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain system workflows, ensuring optimal efficiency and alignment with business processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving Envision Colds success in the ever-evolving supply chain landscape.

Skills and Requirements

- 7-10+ please years of relevant ERP experience, Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator, specifically with CRM module

- Strong experience configuring and customizing CRM features to align with Envision Colds unique requirements

- Experience collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead management, customer interactions, and pipeline tracking

- Strong experience generating reports within NetSuite, Very strong overall understanding of the NetSuite Database and its functionality

- Proficiently handling the data integration backend, specifically between MuleSoft and NetSuite, with a focus on standardizing data for seamless entry into NetSuite

- Strong overall System Administration experience:

o Maintain NetSuite configurations, including custom fields, workflows, and permissions

o Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements Example: if data import fails, understanding how to troubleshoot

o Create and maintain high-performing dashboards tailored to Envision Colds needs

o Ensure seamless integration with other business systems.

- Thrives in a dynamic startup environment where agility and adaptability are key

- Must be comfortable wearing multiple hatswhether its troubleshooting a system glitch, assisting with data migration, or collaborating on strategic initiatives

- We want someone who is motivated and a self- starter Stays up to date with industry trends and NetSuite enhancements - Specific experience within the Supply Chain Domain

- NetSuite certifications

- CPQ Module Expertise:

o Master the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) module in NetSuite.

o Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to ensure accurate pricing, product configurations, and seamless quoting processes.

o Drive testing, planning, execution, and optimization of CPQ workflows.

o Troubleshoot CPQ-related challenges and propose solutions null
