*SUMMARY: *Responsible for greeting guests, setting up and preheating breakfast items, replenishing food and supplies the entire time, providing guest service and other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greets, checks on, guests
• Promptly and effectively deals with guest requests and complaints
• Monitor breakfast items -replenishing as needed
• Answers guest inquiries about area attractions, hotel services, directions or reservations
• Keeps common areas and lobby clean
• Follows company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
• Cleaning and sanitizing the tables, chairs, breakfast bar
• Emptying trash, sweeping and mopping
• Will be required to work weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to lift 20lbs
