Overview

SOSi is seeking a Locally Employed Personnel (LEP) Screener to join a large intelligence technical support services program in Europe. The LEP screener supports contract requirements in the Balkans and Eastern Europe.

Essential Job Duties

• Conducts screening interviews of local employed persons (LEPs) to assess suitability for access to KFOR bases.

• Debrief persons on a “walk-in” basis.

• Conduct background reviews, fulfilling of requests for information from the HUMINT Operations Cell (HOC) and coordinate with other base security entities.

Minimum Requirements

• Active in Scope Secret Clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree; an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in researching, gathering and analyzing information.

• Ability to determine priority and reliability of incoming information.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of the screening process and the information collected.

• Proficiency in using computers and biometric devices.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of local customs, culture and language is desirable.

• Fluency in English and Albanian language, both written and spoken.

• Previous experience with the US government or an international organization.

Work Environment

• Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
