G & G Landscaping Construction, Inc. Columbus NJ. Daily transportation will be provided from a central location to and from worksites in the following counties: Burlington, Camden (NJ) and areas of Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington, PA-NJ-DE-MD.

27 Landscape Laborer positions available. Temporary, full-time seasonal position from 5/15/24 to 12/31/24, Mon-Fri, 7:00AM-4:00PM. 40+ (plus); not including applicable lunch and/or breaks. Possible weekend/holiday work. Overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. If overtime is worked, wage is paid at 1.5x regular rate of pay per hr worked beyond 40 hrs each week.). Wage paid every week. $18.71/Hr OT $28.07/Hr. Raise/bonus at employer's discretion.

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking; assist with supervision the installation of sprinkler system and mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Entry level requires supervision & other related Landscape Laborer activities as per SOC/OES 37-3011 (onetonline.org). Work is performed outdoors, exposed to weather; must be capable of doing physically strenuous labor for long hours, occasionally in extreme heat or cold. Variable weather conditions apply; hours may fluctuate (+/-), possible downtime and/or overtime.

Must show proof of legal authority to work in the US Drug/Alcohol/Tobacco free work zone. Perform physical activities: such as lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move, manipulate materials use static strength to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, carry objects up to 50lbs. No minimum education requirement. On-the-job training available. All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment. Based on Employer's discretion/cost: Worker may have random drug/alcohol testing during employment: positive test/refusal to abide = dismissal.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly and/or reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day.

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.

Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
