Description

We are on the hunt for a diligent Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team in the Real Estate industry based in Dallas, Texas. The individual will be responsible for account reconciliation, preparing quarterly documents and reports, regular transaction reviews, and managing both accounts receivable and payable. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.

• Prepare quarterly documents and reports for internal use and for the company's CPA.

• Regularly review transactions and conduct audits to resolve issues with contractor payments.

• Generate invoices for accounts receivable and ensure timely payment.

• Manage accounts payable by uploading invoices for payment processing.

• Conduct daily check deposits to ensure the company's financial records are up-to-date.

• Handle other assigned projects as needed, demonstrating a commitment to team success.

• Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, Bookkeeping, Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close, Payroll, QuickBooks, QuickBooks Pro, and Quickbooks Online to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations

• Demonstrated skills in Bookkeeping

• Fast and accurate Data Entry skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Month End Close procedures

• Knowledge of Payroll systems

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, QuickBooks Pro, and Quickbooks Online

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
