POSITION: Delivery Specialist

DUTIES: The Delivery Specialist will maintain and operate store vehicles to deliver parts and/or products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner. This position will also collect money on C.O.D. deliveries and pick up customer returns. May occasionally assist customers, serve as a cashier, and/or help with merchandising tasks, when business dictates. (i.e.: phones, sales and service) All other duties as assigned.

SKILLS: Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently for delivering parts and products. Utilize delivery fleet management devices for processing deliveries and maintaining records. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform daily inspections, and ensure vehicle security. Handle customer returns, communicate customer needs, report vehicle issues, and complete additional tasks as assigned. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations. Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system. Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.

WAGES: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour.

SHIFTS: Monday - Friday (8:00 am to 5:30 pm). Saturdays (8:00 am to 5:00 pm).
