There is an opening at a growing, dynamic firm for a professional, highly-skilled Executive Travel Coordinator. This role is in the Investment Management/Companies industry. For this Executive Assistant position, we need candidates who can maintain various administrative duties for executive management. Candidates looking for Executive Travel Coordinator opportunities will be interested in this long-term contract / temporary position in the Fort Worth, Texas area.

How you will make an impact

• Coach and be responsible for other support staff and customer relations

• Arrange reports and financial data

• Forming presentations

• Vet calls

• Schedule travel and meeting arrangements

  Requirements

• Excellent social skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors

• International Travel experience desired

• Vendor Contracts experience preferred

• Demonstrated knowledge of Travel Logistics

• Adeptness in Book Travel Arrangements

• Practical knowledge of Travel Expense

• Deep understanding of Private Aviation

• General familiarity with Travel Industry

• Coordinate Travel Arrangements experience preferred

• Experience with C-Suite

• Proven ability to use the internet for research
