We are looking for experienced Process Technician with experience in prototype injection mold set up. These positions work a day shift with a starting time of 6am. Weekend work is on an as needed basis. Overtime pay is over 40 hours and double time on Sunday. Hourly pay range is $22 - $32 and will be based on experience.

The Process Technician will run various injection molding machines. The role also requires set up activities that include mold changes, material handling, part trimming and process oversight.

JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Continuously monitor all operations and processes to prevent and correct equipment malfunctions. 2. Perform regular maintenance, cleaning and repairs of equipment. 3. Provide training to team members on relevant industry processes and equipment operations safety. 4. Read measuring devices, ie micrometer, Vernier calipers, Acu-Gauge, etc. 5. Read and interpret blueprints.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE: Process technicians must be knowledgeable of the operations and repair procedures of the equipment with which they work. In addition, this position requires basic computer skills, since process technicians are typically required to use programs such as Microsoft Word or Excel to document activities and use the internet to communicate with other staff. In addition, all process technicians must know how to read and use schematics relating to manufacturing equipment. Incumbent typically possesses a high school diploma, or equivalent in addition to 5 or more years industry specific experience. BENEFITS:
