QPS Employment Group has a great Chain Assembly opportunity available at a company in Fulton, IL. This is a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift position with the opportunity for hire.

Chain Assembly Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\ - Maintain efficiency by identifying problems and seek action to resolve issues.\ - Performs all quality-related responsibilities that will ensure that the product meets customer needs. This includes blueprint reading, first piece inspection, using measuring instruments, and any other quality-related process. Maintain ISO 9001 standards at all times.\ - Ensure that all necessary information is communicated within the cell, as well as to the following: Planners, Tech TEAM, Group Leaders, and Coach. Help one another by being open, honest, and constructive when communicating.\ - Must be flexible in accepting assignments and make positive contributions.\ - Abide by all safety procedures and let others know of possible safety hazards that they are not aware of. Maintain clean work area. Keep materials well organized.\ - Must maintain an excellent attendance record. Be at assigned workstation at the start of each shift and upon return of designated breaks.\ - Perform minor machine maintenance as required. Meet preventative maintenance responsibilities.\ - Perform a variety of duties that are simple, repetitive, and require little training.
