• Risk & Control type mindset : Some resiliency/recovery/backup experience or familiarity with Cyber security, ransomware, cyber-attacks - This person will not be undertaking a resiliency initiative or responsible for the testing, but should have familiarity with these things since that is the environment this person will be working in, so it is the subject matter that they will be designing processes for.

• PM/BA type experience and skills - Rigor, punctuality, tracking progress, reporting, understanding of requirements, taking initiative
