RESTAURANT HOOD INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN We are a small restaurant hood and exhaust cleaning company that also specializes in the installation of new restaurant hood systems.

We are always searching for money motivated individuals to work in our restaurant hood cleaning division where individuals can earn up to $28 per hour, but NOW, since our hood installation demands are growing so rapidly, we are opening up positions and hiring immediately for our installation division!

This position is an entry-level position with a MINIMUM hourly rate of $18 per hour WITH OVERTIME. *More experienced individuals can be paid more based on their experience.

This job entails individuals working directly with/under the company owner in ASSISTING with the installation of kitchen exhaust systems in restaurants and institutions.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE ASSISTING IN The cutting, fitting and installation of stainless steel backsplash panels. The hanging of type 1 & type 2 kitchen exhaust hoods. The installation of roof/side mounted kitchen exhaust fans and make-up air fans + mounting curbs. The fabrication, cutting, fitting and assembly/installation of tempered and non-tempered make-up air ductwork. The fabrication, welding and assembly/installation of all necessary exhaust ductwork.

Any experience in the following trades is not necessary as this is an entry level position, but a definite PLUS: HVAC, Carpentry, Welding, Roofing, Electrical, and Plumbing.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS ARE

*ability to read and use a tape measure *ability to use basic hand & power tools *ability to work long shifts and work well with a team *ability to work in, and keep, a clean, neat, safe and organized work environment is a must *keeping to deadlines is a must, as well as the ability to think independently and problem solve *driver's license is required.

Having your own tools is a plus

*Company office & warehouse is located in New Brighton Pa, but jobs are located throughout the Tri-State area.

*Company vechicle and uniforms provided.

PLEASE NOTE This is a TEMP TO HIRE position. There may be several "off weeks" between installations, in which non-temp, full time employees MAY be required to work in the field for our hood cleaning division to avoid a complete lay-off.
