Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for a contract Sourcer to support an animal hospital client. This role involves playing a crucial part in identifying and engaging potential candidates for various positions within their organization. The position is fully remote, providing flexibility to work any day of the week within reasonable hours.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand staffing needs and job requirements

• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, databases, etc., to identify potential candidates

• Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement to assess interest and fit for open positions

• Screen and assess candidates' qualifications and experience

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (Workday)

• Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities

• Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and pipeline status to the recruitment team and hiring managers

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of one year of experience in the HR sourcing or recruitment field

• Demonstrated ability to source and screen candidates effectively

• Proficiency in conducting phone screens to assess candidate suitability

• Experience with cold calling potential candidates for job opportunities

• Familiarity with using Workday or similar HR management software

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
