Requirements: Job Description: Title: Program Manager Location: Remote Duration: 1 Month (Potential chances for extension) Summary: • Drive programs/projects from project initiation through delivery. Interface with clients on technical and business issues. Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented. Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information. Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints. Provide program/project schedules and status reports. • Ability to lead large business or engineering programs from inception to implementation in partnership with a product manager, an engineering lead/team, and across a variety of internal and external stakeholders • Ability to evaluate requirements, perform gap assessments and develop achievable execution and/or remediation plans • Action and results oriented self-starter with the ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete information • Ability to interface across groups on both business and technical matters • Strong project management skill set with the ability to work independently to drive projects through delivery • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate requirements to management, control owners, and app/service/environment owners and teams • Proven track record of achieving success through teamwork, collaboration, leading and influencing without authority, resolving conflict, and measuring results • Proven track record working in an Agile environment • Strong Azure DevOps and Azure fundamentals experience Candidate Requirements • Years of Experience Required: 10+ overall years of experience in the field. • Degrees or certifications required: N/A - experience is most important • Disqualifiers: If candidate is not a U.S. citizen and if they have not been a program manager before. • Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain: • Candidates with data governance and ideally with migration from one platform to another experience • Experience with ADO • Program related process development experience • Self-management experience / initiative • Power BI's, dashboards and data analytics experience • Communication Skills / Presentation skills • Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on Quality of work and meeting deadlines and ability to communicate when things change and when change is needed Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1. Program Management / Scrum Master (ADO) (10+ YOE) - they will be Scrum master for this team and drive processes 2.
