Position Overview:

In this dynamic role, you will receive specialized training to master the assembly of our high security lock and key products. You’ll ensure every component meets our rigorous standards for functionality and craftsmanship, contributing directly to the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in basic math, reading, and writing.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Fundamental computer skills.

  • A keen eye for detail and consistency.

  • Excellent teamwork capabilities.

  • Ability to move across various workstations.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

    Core Responsibilities:

  • Interpret work orders to assemble and package products according to precise specifications.

  • Operate a variety of machinery and tools to complete tasks efficiently.

  • Collaborate with Team Leaders to align production with scheduled targets.

  • Manage materials flow within the cell to maintain continuous production.

  • Keep accurate logs and records of production activities, maintenance, and quality issues.

  • Maintain and inventory tools and supplies, ensuring availability when needed.

  • Uphold quality control standards, identifying and resolving any discrepancies, and communicating effectively with leadership.

  • Strive to meet and exceed performance standards post-training.

  • Actively participate in team meetings to enhance safety, efficiency, and overall team performance.

  • Assume additional responsibilities to ensure the seamless operation of production centers and support areas.

    Physical Requirements:

  • Normal, corrective vision range; ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.

  • Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend and reach.

  • Ability to reach with hands and arms.

  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
