The role you’ll contribute:

Plans, supervises and is responsible for each shift’s assigned workload. Ensures work is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Responsible for the supervision of daily management of the implant program, and work as a backup.

· Supports the hospital’s service management program .

· Plans, supervises and coordinates the daily activities of each shift.

· Coordinates the requisitioning, receipt, storage and distribution of supplies, instruments and equipment.

· Contributes to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

· High school graduate or equivalent.

· Five years’ experience in processing and sterilization.

· Two years in a lead or supervisory capacity.

· Strong background in all areas of central supply.

· Current status as a certified registered central service technician (CRCST).

· Completion of educational requirements to maintain certification.
