About the Role

The Production Shift Leader is responsible for coordinating production activities with the shipping plans requested by the logistics department or other departments

Your Responsibilities

• Organize the productive activities of the sections under their responsibility.

• Coordinate production activities with shipping plans from logistics and other departments.

• Periodically inform your line manager of business developments and incidents relating to the positions for which you are responsible.

• Solve problems and improve associated production activities (Quality, Productivity, Safety, etc.)

• Help define and implement training plans for all administrative and technical staff.

• Efficiently manage all the resources at your disposal.

Who we are looking for

• Diploma of Professional or Technical Training

• 04 years' experience in a similar position in the automotive sector

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Good knowledge of English language, good knowledge of french level

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Organized and methodical.

Your preferred qualifications

• Proven Know how in product design process in TRIM for automotive industry

• Advanced organizational skills

• Self-initiative and proactivity
