We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Coordinator cum Resort Nurse to join our vibrant team. This unique position offers the opportunity to combine your expertise in human resources with your passion for providing exceptional healthcare services in a resort setting.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.

  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

  • Support HR-related initiatives and projects as needed.

  • Provide basic medical care and first aid to guests and staff as required.

  • Assess and respond to medical emergencies promptly and efficiently.

  • Administer treatments according to established protocols.

  • Collaborate with external healthcare providers when necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.

  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and risks.

  • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols and procedures.

  • Assist in developing and delivering health and safety training programs.

What do we need from you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

  • Valid nursing license and CPR certification.

  • Proven experience in human resources coordination and/or nursing roles.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws and healthcare regulations.
