Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours.

• Provide accurate information about our services and programs.

• Assist with client intake and registration for our programs.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions.

• Address and resolve client concerns in a detail oriented and timely manner.

• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.

• Uphold our organization’s values and maintain confidentiality of client information.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate attitude.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Availability to work evening hours
